Libertarians have a bad rap when it comes to welfare and entitlements. Often we are seen as heartless. Sure, some of us are heartless. Others just don’t believe in forcefully taking wealth away from one group of people and giving it to another, as determined by people in government. A voluntary society is ideal. The question is what’s achievable today. One idea, which libertarians are divided on, is Universal Basic Income, or UBI. Here’s an interesting take.
